About Us
The Rose Orchestra is excited to be moving forward into its second decade of inspired performances on the stage of the world-class Rose Theatre. We create for you high quality live entertainment that appeals to a wide variety of musical tastes.

The Rose Orchestra has a vast pool of familiar talented musicians, many of whom have been performing for Brampton audiences for over 20 years! The camaraderie of the musicians is evident in each performance; we are really just one big musical family.
We believe that music is for all generations, and we provide opportunities for the young musicians of Brampton through our Rosebud Orchestra. Children aged 8 to 18 are coached and trained by the popular David Rehner along with other enthusiastic coaching musicians.
Conductor
Samuel Tak-Ho Tam
Dr. Samuel Tam first conducted the Rose Orchestra as a member of the 2016 conducting team. Samuel collaborates with the University of Toronto Symphony Orchestra and is also on the faculty of the Royal Conservatory of Music, where he teaches the Academy conducting course, and conducts the Taylor Academy Orchestra and the Royal Conservatory Orchestra. Between both institutions, Dr. Tam has been a close associate to renowned Canadian conductor, Uri Mayer.
